POLE SPORT

This type of training (strength tricks and elements, stands) will easily replace gym! This is a general physical training for those who are practicing pole dance or aerial acrobatics. In the classes, you will not only improve your physical shape, but also prepare your body to perform special elements of strength on the pole, silk, hoop and rope. Beautiful and tight muscles of the back, abs and arms, beautiful lines of the hips and legs. Within a few months of regular exercise, you will notice how your body has grown stronger, a sense of balance has developed, and what an unexpectedly light and graceful gait has become.

Dress code for classes:

- shorts / leggings

- top / t-shirt

- socks / sneakers

In addition to the classes "Pole FIT" we recommend to attend:

- POLE DANCE (FIRST STEP / STEP 2)

- MEGA - STRETCHING (special stretching program)
